Food Gift Hamper

I need to send a gift basket (around ) to a lady in Hawaii. I don't really know much about her except that her husband is in the Army and that she is an animal lover. Anyone have any ideas on what to put in one or where I can get one?

I really want to start my own business up making personalised gift hampers like those in america (cant really find anything like it in the UK) and also wedding towel cakes, baby clothes bouquets etc etc. I just think it might be a bad time with the credit crunch.
My husband is very supportive but i dont want to let him down.

I usually make my own and I like to get started about now. Last year I made Bath Salts, Cold Winter Night Hampers, Jewellery Boxes, Napkin Rings and Tree decorations.

I want to do something new this year but I’m stuff for ideas, does anyone have any? I’m not great at sewing/crocheting/knitting so those ideas are out. I would also prefer ideas where the materials can be bought for low prices (I only make my gifts as I have 44 people to buy for, and at minimum of £10 a gift we’re talking £440)
