Any suggestions on storing homemade chrsitmas hamper goodies?

Im planning on making a christmas hamper for my family this christmas, and wondering what the best way to store the goodies I make is?
I think the chutneys and jams will be ok in the jars once I’ve bottled them, but I’m planning on making little chocolates and biscuits as well, and would prefer to make them in advance if they’ll keep ok.
Does anyone know how long these sorts of things would keep for, or have any suggestions for the best way to package them?
The jams should be fine as long as you follow directions such at covering the tops with paraffin. Chocolates will be fine if kept cool and in air tight containers. Cookies or biscuit properly will need to be frozen if made too far ahead. And how far ahead is “too Far” will be a factor of the types of cookies etc. How moist are they. For the cookies my family most likes they are fine for up to 3 weeks if stored in airtight containers such as Tupperware.
