He has his faculties, but has a bad leg which hampers his mobility. It’s really so he can get out to the shops, and maybe walk his wee dog with it. Any help with things to look for or avoid would be great. And any pointers on where to buy it from would help also – i’m hopin to get it for around £500. Thanks
